HW ADVANTAGE Job Posting: Client Experience and Mortgage Fulfillment Specialist (MFS)

 
The mortgage fulfillment specialist will be responsible for client fulfillment and satisfaction in the mortgage process. Additionally as an HW Advantage team member, the CE&MFS will play a key role in the HW Advantage marketing strategy.
 
The Client Experience and Mortgage FulFillment Specialist will:

  • request and review all mortgage related documentation
  • monitor mortgage pre-approvals, managing deals in process & closing files on completion

    Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

  • working with clients and lenders to ensure a timely and efficient closing experience
  • requesting and review all mortgage related documentation
  • monitoring mortgage pre-approvals, managing deals in process & closing files on completion

  • daily administrative/operational duties such as scanning, emailing, pre-appointment work, post-appointment surveys (mailers) & answering/returning phone calls
  • preparation of marketing and promotional material
  •  
    Employment details: This position is 30-35 hours per week, Monday to Friday. Compensation will be $18-$20 per hour plus incentive based pay. Experience will be taken into consideration. Opportunity to work from a home office.
     
    Successful candidate will be required to obtain their mortgage agent licence within the probationary period of 3 months.
