HW Advantage a member of the successful and highly regarded ‘Loewen Group’ Mortgage Brokerage located in Burlington, Ontario Canada is hiring!
Reporting to the Director, the Customer Care and Marketing Advisor will be responsible for client fulfillment and satisfaction in the mortgage process. As an HW Advantage team member, the CCM Advisor plays a key role in the HW Advantage marketing strategy and helping to connect our clients with the very best mortgages and mortgage rates on the market today.
Our CCM Advisor will:
-Be highly organized, and detail oriented. The CCM Advisor will request and review all mortgage related documentation, will work with clients and lenders to ensure a timely and efficient closing experience. In addition, they will monitor mortgage pre-approvals, manage deals in process and close files on completion.
-Have a passion for helping people, educating, and going “above and beyond”. The CCM Advisor will be in an important client focused role and deliver outstanding customer service.
-Be proficient with various social media and on-line platforms, including but not limited to Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, Skype with demonstrated online social networking knowledge.
-Be creative and entrepreneurial. The CCM Advisor will help prepare and deliver marketing and promotional material, as well coordinate meetings and maintain operational standard.
– Have a strong desire to grow personally, professionally, and as part of a successful team.
Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
-Daily administrative/operational duties such as scanning, photocopying, emailing, pre-appointment work, post-appointment surveys (mailers) & answering/returning phone calls.
-Preparing various marketing material and working together with Director to deliver.
-Monitoring mortgage pre-approvals, managing deals in process & closing files on completion.
-Be a key participant in all communication business strategies and business activities including cold calling, direct marketing, networking and advertising.
The successful candidate will:
-Have established communication skills both written & verbal.
-Possess a minimum understanding of mortgage lending, and a strong desire to learn. HW ADVANTAGE training will be provided.
-Be committed to providing world-class customer service.
-Be proficient in typing, use of basic applications and computer literacy.
-Manage time and tasks efficiently & ability to multi-task.
-Perform Ad hoc duties as required by the company Director.
-Have a team mentality & maintain a positive attitude.
Employment details: Part time and full time opportunity available. Regular business Hours are 9:00 – 5:00 daily, Monday to Friday. Remuneration to be discussed and will be determined by ability and experience. Hourly plus incentive based pay. Opportunity to work from home office.
